Processing Time
Every order goes through a quality check before it ships. Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 4–10 business days depending on your location within the United States. Total estimated delivery from order placement: 7–14 business days.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum required — every order ships free.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your package at every step — from our warehouse to your front door. Carriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location.
Delays
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales) or due to carrier delays outside our control, delivery may occasionally take slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you informed and do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Wait 24 hours (occasionally packages are marked delivered early)
3. Contact us at info@mayamason-charleston.com — we'll file a claim and make it right.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
