How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1–3 business days of processing time plus shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for the latest threshold. All other orders are shipped at a flat, affordable rate.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from dispatch to your door.
My order hasn't arrived yet — what do I do?
First, check your tracking number (sent by email). If your estimated delivery window has passed and there's no update, email us at info@mayamason-charleston.com with your order number. We'll investigate and get back to you within 24 hours.

Can I cancel or change my order?

I didn't receive an order confirmation email — what happened?
Check your spam or promotions folder first — it sometimes ends up there. Still can't find it? Email us at info@mayamason-charleston.com with your name and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll resend it right away.
I received the wrong item or my order arrived damaged — help!
We sincerely apologize. Please email us at info@mayamason-charleston.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — fast, no hassle.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged — in that case, we cover it completely.
