30-Day Return Window

Not in love with your order? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just email us at info@mayamason-charleston.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number (e.g. #1001)
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return (optional but helpful)

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking for your return shipment.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a damaged item or the wrong product? We're sorry — and we'll make it right immediately. Email us at info@mayamason-charleston.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
